My Favorite NYFW Makeup Looks

New York Fashion Week… An entire week where the streets and rooftops of NYC are filled with couture fashion shows and avant-guard makeup looks. Here are a few of my favorite looks from the week. Let’s go!

Kicking off we have artist Pat Mcgrath absolutely slaying these watercolor-esq looks for the Anna Sui mermaid collection.

I love this look— the blush so effortlessly blends into the undereye and is picked up again at the top of the lid into the brow. The yellow inner corner perfectly highlights the blending of the blue and green shadow. Every piece of this look is so intentional yet playful and fun!

Another slay by Pat McGrath for the Anna Sui mermaid collection. I love this one because it’s almost retro looking, like paying homage to Twiggy and the 60’s but giving it a fun, modern twist.

So many influencers were in attendance for NYFW this year… and some of them absolutely rocked it. Celebrity makeup artist Hailey Hoff glammed Xandra Pohl a few times throughout the week and I have been drooling over every look!

This is one of my favorite looks on her! If you are chronically online like me, then you know exactly who Xandra is. If not, thats okay too! She is a recent U Miami grad and DJ who has been all over TikTok! She’s so funny and a total babe! And Hailey absolutely crushed her glam!

This neutral look lets the hair have its moment while still making her look like an absolute goddess.

Glitter lids were all the rage this year at NYFW. Pair it with a slick wing and natural skin and you’re sure to be a smokeshow!

Lastly, makeup artist Charlie Riddle blew me out of the water with these two looks. The first look for Sarah Hyland attending a Frame show is simply stunning. It’s classy, powerful, and elegant. Exactly what you want to convey at NYFW.

This taupey monochromatic look is effortlessly pulled together by the ethereal eyes and the dirty nude brown lip. I love everything about it— and how confident she looks in it. She is wearing the makeup, the look isn’t wearing her.

Glitter eyes strike again as MUA Charlie Riddle uses a black pigment to create a base for his show stopping sparkle. This look for the L’Agence show was created using Stila Cosmetics, one of my favorite brands to use on my clients. I love the staying power and the versatility of their products.

Thank you so much for reading and taking a peek into the looks that blew my mind this year. If you kept up with NYFW I would love to see your favorites and chat about what caught your eye!
